Founder & Creative Director

Terrel is the visionary behind BBN and the person who helps guide the overall direction of what we create. He leads with both purpose and presence, shaping the experience from the inside out. From building relationships and opening doors to curating the flow, feel, and impact of each event, he helps make sure everything stays connected to the heart of the vision.

Delilah leads the visual and environmental side of the experience. She helps bring beauty, mood, and cohesion into each space, making sure the design reflects the energy and intention behind the vision. From décor and atmosphere to the way a space physically comes together, she plays an important role in creating experiences that feel both thoughtful and immersive.

Operations & Execution Lead

Courtney helps make sure the vision can be carried out in a way that feels smooth, organized, and effective. He supports the logistical side of execution, helping with flow, coordination, setup, and practical planning. His role brings an important layer of structure to the team, making sure ideas are not only inspiring, but also workable in real time.
